Hello,
I had the worst experience with ABP Weddings. My Abp Wedding Id is : AW74758620.
I subscribed ABP Weddings for "ABP Exclusive 90 one Plan" on 29th May, 2023, for 90 days. The plan was worth rs. 21900. But there was one executive from ABP service department Miss Puja (phone no. [protected]), she constantly called us for 3-4 days and told us there will be a discount so we will have to pay INR 14001 instead of 21900 for the same plan.
While trying to convince us to buy the plan Puja asked my partner preferences made a lot of fake promises that there will be a lot of profiles for me matching my criteria. She on behalf of ABP Weddings promised us that there will be 1-4 boys' profiles will be sent to us by our relationship manager each week till 27th August 2023.
So we paid the money INR 14001 to ABP Weddings and subscribed the "ABP Exclusive 90 one Plan" which includes a relationship manager service.
My relationship manager was Miss Sanchita Roy (phone. [protected]).
From 29th May, 2023 to today 13th June, 2023 SHE HAS NOT SENT US A SINGLE PROFILE MATCHING WITH MY CRITERIA.
Once my father tried to call her, she said SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY BOYS' PROFILE MATCHING WITH MY CRITERIA. SHE IS NOT SURE WHETHER SHE WILL BE ABLE TO SEND ME ANY PROFILE MATCHING MY CRITERIA OR NOT! SHE SAID I HAVE TO CHANGE MY CRITERIA TO GET ANY PROFILE TO WHICH I DISAGREED.
After that till today she has neither contacted me not sent any profile.
Whenever I am calling her, phone is busy. Also I tried to reach out to Puja via call, but she is neither picking up my phone not responding to my WhatsApp chat.
Today a man ABP wedding customer service called my father and somehow convinced him to change the plan for normal chat service for 1 year because he said the Relationship Manager will not be able to send any profile.
After that I again called the ABP Weddings Customer Service (no. [protected]) and told that now after so much harrasment I don't want any of your plans. I want my full money(INR 14001) to be refunded to me.
After that they have neither yet given my money refund, not confirmed if I will get the money refund back to my account.
I report against ABP Weddings for taking money from us making false promises, and for not being able to provide us the service for which we paid the money.
I request to consumer forum please take serious actions against ABP Weddings and ensure that I get my full money of INR 14001 to be refunded back to my UPI id.
I am the victim of their scam service, please take major actions against them.

As a premium exclusive member with the Profile ID AW39439579, I had high expectations from your organization, and it is unfortunate that my experience has not lived up to those expectations.
I had opted for the highest package offered by ABP Wedding with the belief that I would receive the best possible services for my special day. However, from the very beginning, Krishnendu has failed to deliver on his promises. He has been unresponsive to my calls and emails, and when he did finally respond, it was with a lack of professionalism and care that is unacceptable for someone in his position.
Furthermore, I have encountered multiple issues with the services provided by ABP Wedding, including incorrect information provided by SUBHADIP CHAKRABORTY and his team, delayed responses, and a general lack of attention to detail. These issues have caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.

Mentally harashment against abp weddings
My phone no is [protected] and [protected]. There was a repeated calls coming from abp weddings. I already informed by call that i dont want any paid membership and dont want any call in my number. But after that also there was a repeated calls are coming in my mobile number [protected] and [protected]. This is my last warning to abp weddings after that i am going to complain against you in consumer court for this type of mental harashment. I am mentally harash from your customer care and continously harash me by calling approximately 4 to 5 times in a day. I dont want any call from your customer care.

False Promises
Fake and false promises. No proper service have been provided.
ABP Weddings have cheated us with our money with very pathetic in providing services to their client. After having so many conversations with ABP team, managers, RM, quality team as well I and my family have received no updates or value for our money.
Till date from the day the service started earlier it was on 31st MAY & then on 17th SEPT 22, I have not received any feedback on the profiles I have accepted.
I have clearly asked my RM over-call in the month MAY 22 to not send any fresh profiles until you provide me with any feedback report on the earlier. But the RM - Pranali Surve is never providing the service as per the client's request.
Both I and my Sister had a telephonic conversation with her Manager - post this, however even her manager is the same as her and provided false promises to us of changing our RM and to work on our concerns.
I am going ahead to drop the below people's details and my concerns on all the social media handles that ABP Wedding has hired unprofessional employees who come and visit their client's home with false promises and fraud them with their money. ABP Weddings have always taken money from us and cheated us after.
On 17th Sept Pradnya called to continue the services also apologised for the earlier services promised for a 4month package with offine & online profiles will be shared. Aa soon the services were activated and she stopped responding to calls. I request ABP to take strict action aginst this employess which are maligning the name of the company on immediate basis.

Refund and Unprofessional behaviour

I bought a plan of Rs 12500 initially. After a year an agent contacted us over call and convinced us to buy a 180 days plan worth Rs 9500, as I already had a plan, they reduced the amount to Rs 3800. This payment was made on 12.06.2021. Post this nothing was done from their end.
After number of complaints over call by my mother, they called and arranged a visit on 11.01.2022, the agent Sushmita Saha and Shantanu visited and they acknowledged that there was a service gap from their end and the necessary actions has been taken against the previous advisor and yet again they convinced to make a purchase of Exclusive Matrimony Services for 150 days worth Rs 25000 but they collected the payment of Rs 13000 and very confidently confirmed that this time there will be no service gap and two managers will be assigned.
After this for the couple of days, we received no response from them and then after few days an agent called Khusboo contacted my mother and told that she will be sending two to three profiles over email and whatsapp in a week.
But still we received no response and my mother contacted them and again complained about this after that they whatsapp and emailed us the profiles. Again their service stopped for few weeks and again after repeated calling from my mother to her she emailed me two profiles.
We had already told them about our criteria but still few of the profiles which were shared were not on the basis of the criteria that we requested.
Now, whenever we are calling the three above agents (Shantanu, Sushmita Saha and Khusboo) they are not receiving the calls but when initially when we had a conversation with them, they said that they will be easily available and in case they failed to receive the call then they will call us back. Yet again they are showing their unprofessional behaviors to us.
My mother today (21.02.2022) called Khusboo and Shantanu who didn't receive the call. Agent Sushmita Saha only had my number so when my mother called her using her number she received the call but after realizing that one of her customer is calling her she said that Sushmita is not available and she left her phone somewhere which again is a sign of an unprofessional and ridiculous behavior.
All of our money is hard earned but they are just wasting our time and money. I now want my full money back which is Rs 29300, if you want me to provide you the invoice, I can gladly send you all the invoices. Just need you guys to stop harassing the common people like this and stop promising something which you can't fulfill. We are not here to expand your business, we also have some expectation which you as a company need to fulfill.
If I do not receive any satisfactory response within a week which is on 28.02.2022 then I will gladly contact the Consumer Court and drag you all there as I am very much aware of how all this works.

Not getting any service from ABP Weddings which was promised during plan purchase
I had a good faith on ABP Weddings so when customer relationship manager Sonali Maity convinced me to purchase plan initially I have purchased ABP Max 365 and again next day she told me that I don't have that expertise how to communicate with other parties so one expert will be assigned to us and who will search for me and communicate with them on behalf of me. So I purchased ABP_EXCLUSIVE 180_Day's plan and they assigned one relationship manager Syed Rubina Parvin.
In our initial discussion with Rubina she told me that she will provide 3-4 profiles every week during Monday to Wednesday and Thursday or Friday she will share feedback with us but when I didn't receive any I asked her again then she told me that not every week but every 15 days she will provide us feedback and that also haven't received till today (29/09/2021).
From 17th August one month 12 days completed and I have received only few profiles without any feedback and I have searched 3 profiles and one of them shared with her (On 23rd August 2021) for communication but haven't received any feedback yet for that also.
During plan purchase Sonali Maity sales manager told me that If I will purchase on that day then I will get one month extra for my both plans as per on-going offer but still extra one month is missing.
I am continuously getting meaning less service feedback call where I am telling them what I am facing but they are also doing false commitment. When I am trying to call Sonali who assured her help during this plan purchase now not answering my calls or not replying my WhatsApp messages.
When I am try to call Anindita who called me and assured that she will check and take care of the issue which I am facing and she will help me to get the One extra month which was committed during plan purchase. As per their request I have forwarded the WhatsApp chat also but till now no help received.
In market there are many matrimonial sites but still we choose ABP Weddings as because we are little bit sentimental with Ananda Bazar as our earlier generation till now used to prefer reading Ananda Bazar news paper and Patrikas.
Now it looks like some kind of game I am paying that they will send few profiles every week and my role is accept or reject those profiles and again next week will repeat same.
I have tried to communicate this issue over mail but that was also not successful. No one helped me to get the service which they have promised during plan purchase.
After complaining from last two weeks they have stopped sending weekly profile also.
Waiting for your help and support here as we are losing our times as well as trust on ABP wedding's.

Complaint against fake subscription

I have taken paid membership of Rs. 7500/- through Ms. Minal Mhatre ([protected]) for three months. I have paid this payment through net banking dated 21/07/21. After sharing payment details with her, she told me that I will get profiles from 22nd July but unfortunately, I couldn't get any profiles to date, and on 23rd July, I have received a message from her that she is going on leave for 15 days and she had shared me Mr. Subhash Kare number ([protected]) who is her senior, for further assistance but he is not responding to call and email. Also, there was a message from her that from 1st Aug she will have new database access for profiles and after that, she will provide me the profiles but to date, there is no single profile shared with me from the ABP team. Even my profile is also not yet created. Finally, I told her to cancel my membership and refund my cash. Now they are telling me that they cannot refund it. So request to all the people be aware of ABP weddings this is an online scam.

AW33914807 profile UPGRADED ON 24/07/202 paid Rs.17, 000/- ( with Promo code, supplied ) FOR RM SERVICE . As per terms and conditions they are to provide personalized service by sending atleast two profiles according to our requirements. But their RM has sent 2 profiles per week just copying our seared profiles without taking any search from his end not according to our requirements. Their whole team is tied together. No one to solve the impasse. That is only to earn money without service .When asked to return money they said it is not refundable. My question, we have paid for service and if they failed to provide service, refund is absolutely necessary .

Rude behavior of Relationship Manager
We had paid for services wherein we were assigned a relationship manager but the RM (Tejas Kadam) was very rude and impolite while speaking (specially to elderly people). Also no timely update or prompt reply from him inspite of several follow-ups on proposals.

Complaint against fake subscription
Mr. Umesh sanjay gaikwad. Called us for premium package, when we charged the money. He stopped receiving call. Fake people are running abp wedding. Be aware other people. I will file FIR against Mr. Umesh

I'm complaining about misinformation by the RM Bhavesh Thakur

I already had a profile on ABP weddings which had assisted services and was being managed by my father. While my mother came in touch with Bhavesh thakur through ABP Weddings marketing channel. The RM insisted on creating another new profile while there was an existing profile. He made her pay Rs 5, 500.
As per the company's website's terms and conditions one individual cannot have more than one profile. The RM is providing misinformation for the sake of increasing his sale. Also, post creation of profile there has been no assistance and he has blocked my mother's number, the reason why she can't reach him. After calling up the customer care I was informed that the profile was for self service. Bhavesh Thakur had been totally useless and apart from charging us for Rs 5500 has not provided a single service.

ABP Wedding Fraud
A girl accepted my interest on ABP Weddings. Post that calls started coming to me for taking paid membership. I asked representative of ABP to talk that girl, if she is 100% ready then only I would take membership. Then she said, she spoke to that girl and she and her family is ready. Then they made me to take membership. I paid Rs.2800/- When I made contact to that girl, she said she is not ready for marriage. Then I found same girl another profile on ABP Wedding. There are fake profile made by ABP team and they immediately accept interest and ask to pay. After payment they reject request. ABP Wedding is cheating with people. Action must be taken against this fraud ABP Wedding. Please help me get my money backq

This is a fraud site! No feedback on any profiles. Not giving my money back. Cheaters. You will go into loss and never make money. You are all fraudulent people making money out of other people’s hard earned money.

The executive named Umesh Khade took all the details from me with photos via whatsapp and had registered my profile on 2nd Feb 2021 and assured me a good service.
I have attached the Tax Invoice screenshot also to this complaint form.
I am not even able to login through my ABP wedding website since my registeration. Whenever I tried login through the website via OTP, after entering the valid OTP recieved on my registered mobile no the login failed.
This executive told me his name as Umesh Rane but when I called the Customer Service which located at Thane office to raise complaint about the issue I got to know that the executive name is Umesh Khade and Umesh Rane[protected].I have the whatsapp chat with this person Umesh Khade who is decieving me with his fraud name and had promised to assure me good service for which I had paid Rs 8000 yearly subscription.
He keept calling me to pay the amount immediately so that my profile is becomes live.He told me that he had preferable groom profiles for me and forwared me their profile images without their contact details.He told me Ill have to first register so I paid the amount immediately and now he is not even responding to my calls. I did not pay Rs 8000 to get such a worst service. I am attaching the Invoice of my payment as well.
When told this login issue to your executive Umesh Khade or Umesh Rane, he asked me to install the app and then try and that too after calling him so many times he picked my phone today only twice in the morning.
I tried using the app also, but I am facing issues with login to my profile using OTP and also using Forgot password. The website and the application both have glitches. Even after entering valid OTP received on registered mobile number I was not able to login to the application. Also when tried to use Forgot Password link and entering my registered email address, it was giving me error stating that the email address is incorrect. I have taken the screenshots. Will attach to this.
Its total waste of my time with such a worst service. I do not want such a service.
Such executive giving false promises with the fraud name. Very disappointing. I have experience such bad experience just at the beginning of my yearly subscription. I called their customer service number[protected] on 4th Feb 21 and told this issue and asked them to delete my profile and refund the amount immediately. I have also raised a complaint on 4th Feb 21 to their customer care email address [protected]@abpweddings.com But I have not received any response from them yet.
So kindly help me with the refund of the full amount I paid.

We took the service from their agent Soumita Bhaumik, for 10, 000 /- for 90 days, who made us understand that their relationship managers will send exclusive profiles, take care and arrange calls with the prospect’s family and will provide all necessary support to find a good match. Every week they just send 3 or 4...
