Hello, We are very very disappointed from your site. You people are doing fraud with us. Your people like relationship managers are not giving us information properly or not even taking efforts to call us . We are fed up of all this things . We got 45 days extension from your side because your relationship manager didn’t contact us properly, every time everyone is giving reasons . We want profiles from Australia . If you don’t have profiles then please refund our money instead of fooling us . Now the extension which given is also expire . Then what is the use . Your peoples only said that they r studying profile and sending mail regarding our profile . If really you are giving genuine services then please take this matter seriously. From 6-7 months you people are doing fraud with us . Only taking money for extending contract and doing nothing . If you want to take this matter seriously then only call otherwise we have to decide . This time I am not mentioning anyone’s name but if you are not taking any action till tomorrow then I will mention each and every relationship managers name and will decide what to do.

I purchased abp Exclusive 90 dated 19/09/2020 from Mr. Satish Londhe, but till now he didn't provide better service to us. And not provide Relationship Manager for further formalities.

Irresponsible non effective Relationship Manager

Hi, I have taken the Premium Membership offer of ABP wedding, thinking a relationship manager will be assisting me, for my search of bride.
Astonishingly, the Relationship Manager, doesn't get back with the selection feedback. Hardly there is any response from her side. I have to keep on reminding her for updates.
Seems they are mostly doing time pass, and in gathering premium memberships, but when coming to match making. Its completely non effective.
I told my RM to ask her senior to call me, but no one has come back on that. I even complaint on their website but even there also no update!!

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN OF 69 YEARS OLD. WANTED to extend time till NORMALANCY prevail but though they extended twice because of that they have refused to extend further. But as you are aware that due to my age I can not come out of my house as per govt & ICMR guidelines. Pray for extension till NORMALANCY prevail withholding any time frame of extension

unethical business practice
Abp weddings provided wrong information of 'interest acceptance' from prospective brides to lure me taking paid membership.in this regard i complained to customer care twice but no action. They continued the same trick. Last email is not even replied. It appears that they are sending interest and /or acceptance without the knowledge of persons involved. Isn't it to be called as fraud. Can someone suggest how to stop them venturing into public harassment? I am thinking of taking the matter to the next level

service level for abp exclusive package and cheating in giving contacts
I was chased for membership by abp wedding executive ms. Radhika, mr. Partit for my sister. I was assured by team that i will get quality and profiles as per our requirement. I paid 10k which is my hard earned money is the view that i will get good profiles for my sister. But after 2 and half months after following up also they were not able to give the desired profiles. The answer we were getting from relationship manager ms. Ankita panchal was they dont have enough jain candidates. Hence they are sharing brahmin candidates. When i asked to refund my money they stopped responding and not answering mails. I am helpless and expect some help from the forum. It is veru sensitive matter and it should not happen to anybody as it really hurts.

Yesterday i bought self service plan of abp weddings. I am seeing unwanted profiles in matches section the mobile app. I called customer care for this. Tanmay pal communicated with me. He told me that if i buy manager service then only 100% matching profiles will come. He and riya majumdar another member from abp weddings encouraged me to buy manager service. They committed me that i will not see unwanted profiles in matches section of mobile app and a relationship manager will call me at today 10 am to discuss with the matches. So, i bought manager service. Now neither i am seeing only 100% matching profiles in mobile app nor any relationship manager called me. I i called customer care they told me no relationship manager has been assigned to you. This is totally a fraud case. I want my money back.

Abp weddings, is a incompetent matrimonial site and completely cheating its clients. At the time of the sell they are committing to a host of services which then suddenly gets reduced post payment and that too is also not serviced properly. On escalation, one will get calls from multiple people with absolutely no action taken to recourse
I had subscribed to assisted service (Abp exclusive 180) for six months for my daughter and receipt for the same was issued on jan 19th 2020 by abp weddings.
The sales person #himadri_halder, (A complete cheat) had committed to exclusive services and contacts being established with grooms side for the this package vis-à-vis the cheaper self service packages.
The mailer i was sent from abp wedding also committed to
• personalized service ensuring a hassle free search
• specialized help on searching the most accurate match
• benefit of customized matchmaking
Once the payment was made, it took about 6 calls before m relationship adviser #goldie_walia was assigned to me.
On the first call she informed me that her responsibility was restricted to providing 3 to 4 profiles per week to me in line with my selection criteria. Also, she would provide me the feedback from the groom’s side for the profiles being shortlisted by me. Establishing contact with grooms was apparently incidental and not a commitment from abp weddings under the package.
I thought i could do this in the much cheaper self service package too
This was completely different from what #himadri_halder had sold to me. When i tried to reach him after the sell process was concluded, he refused to pick my calls.
Post that, i would receive profiles and feedback when i chased her and not proactively or regularly. The numbers per week varied from 2 to 4.
Feedback on screened profiles, again would be sent after chasing. The feedback would be mostly comments such as “rejected or phone not reachable or phone no incorrect or groom side asked to call back later”. No reasons for rejection was also provided.
After a month of inaction, and absolutely no connection established with any groom’s side, when i raised an issue on the service level, i was contacted by # sudipta_chakraborty who explained to me that as per the committed service level, excellent service was being provided and i should not expect any further from them.
When i insisted that i was not happy, one #sharmistha called me and she gave me a patient hearing and told me that they are the experts and would take corrective action and i should expect a much better level of service going forward.
While she has been responsive and polite, there was absolutely no change in the situation except #goldie_walia suggesting i go for a higher package, of course by paying another 15k or so to get better outcome.
After waiting for another month and a half when there was absolutely no change, forget improvement in the service, i raised the issue again with #sharmistha and i received a call from #abdul_rouf, who said he was the quality manager for abp wedding and asked me to explain my issued.
When i explained my issue and told him that in 3 months, i have just been connected to one groom’s family, that too which did not proceed, he agreed that the service level indeed needed some improvement and apologized for the poor service thus far. He also committed to take required action to ensure that going forward, i will receive excellent service and that i will not have any reason to complain.
Since then, 2 weeks have passed and in fact service level has deteriorated instead of improving. The last set of profiles i received was on april 14th.
Now, #abdul_rouf has stopped responding to my mails.
I am sorry to say, being a bengali who has grown up on anandabazar patrika, i had high hopeson abp weddings, but now realize that it was a mistake and i should have gone to other established and more professional matrimonial sites.
I will not recommend abp weddings to anyone who wishes to see their children married as it is incompetent to provide professional service.

From day 1 of my plan the manager started saying that my profile is inappropriariate for getting good profile match. He always said that my profile is not good enough, my photos are not up to the mark for partner's attraction.
He also poked rejected profiles to contact me only to get his commission. I am extremely annoyed and would like you to take action against her and with the full company of abp weddings.. They are spoiled our money two times.. And its a huge amount of money... Please take a step for this such kind of illilegal business as early as possible..

abp exclusive plan

On[protected] opened profile id aw67089431 under abp exclusive plan for 180 days. Mr. Ayanava bose was appointed as relationship manager and mr. Surajith kumar dalal as reporting manager with condition that, weekly at least 2 leads will be sent. During the span of about two months, only the following leads received :-

[protected] – aw 91994231.
On[protected], received a message from miss pinky chopra requesting for conversion of the plan to ad with abp and she repeatedly insisted to take up the plan over phone. Matter was conveyed to miss jayanti roy (Who made the profile). Immediately thereafter, mr. Ayanava bose contacted over phone and informed that, enough lead is not available as per the criterion submitted. On[protected], mr. Ayanava bose sent a mail informing that, as per telephonic discussion they will send profile as per profile availability only and wanted my confirmation to which i did not agree. After that date, not a single profile was sent by the r/m.
What about the agreement and the purpose of spending money when you cannot send profile as per our requirement? Please justify.

worst service ever!

We were totally misled by two employees of abp namely suman kundu and moumita rakshit to re-register our profile and claimed to send profiles based on our preferences. But they didn't do anything and our money is totally wasted. They were just disgusting in their behaviour as they didn't do anything they promised. Whatever profiles they have sent all were invalid. But when they forced us to give the money, they were all full of sweet words.

This is a letter of complaint regarding the extremely poor service we have received from the relationship manager assigned to us on subscription to the assisted service. We commenced our subscription of abp weddings around september 2018. I was approached repeatedly by a customer service representative to upgrade my membership to assisted service. I paid additional nz $382 for assisted service subscription because of the proposed benefits. This has been a complete waste of money so far because of the extremely poor service we have received from mou chatterjee. The relationship manager assigned to us.
After 2-3 weeks of subscription, i received a call from mou and her supervisor arnab bhattacharya advising me to upgrade further and they were upset when i declined their offer of further upgrade. Arnab bhattachary even passed on the call to mou without even telling me. I found this was extremely discourteous.in my opinion mou chatterjee has provided very poor service, has been frequently argumentative and condescending.in the process, i have not received even a single satisfactory lead in the 10 weeks since the service began.
We are extremely disappointed by this whole affair which has tarnished the image we had in our mind of the anandabazar brand. We thought we would bring this matter to your attention as we do not see any point in further dealing with mou chatterjee and arnab bhattacharya.

I have registered in abp site and then get a call from one of your employee, gopa bhattacharya. She explained me everything in details and also informed me the plan charges. I told her i will inform her after consulting with my father and then we feel that the charges are too high and we deactivated the profile. Next day she called me and my father also informed her the same. But again she called me and told me that my father has misbehaved with her which is not true and she also gave me some free suggestions to not do this kind of things, not to send interest like this and not to behave like this with anyone. Who is she to talk like this when my father has not misbehaved with her. She was repeatedly blaming my father which is really very unexpecting. If a trusting brand like abp's employee is behaving like this then what the worst situation can happened. We r very much shocked with this as this kind of situation was not expected from this company.

I have taken manager service from them. After taking money they gave a big zero service. Totally wastage of money. Actually in their data no profile collection exists. Before taking money they gave a lot of fake promises, but after taking money they never entertain us. Then i switch to other matrimony site's and got a good results. I must say that abp weddings gives a totally worst and 3rd class service.

I had taken a rmo service and spend 17000 for that. However no service in last 6 months. My entire money got chitted. Escalated continuously but they proved me wrong. This is very unfortunate that they sale with lot of promise but not at all performance once sold.

I have taken manager service from them for my sister's marriage. My plan was for 3 months and Rs 10000/- only. After taking money they did not provide any service and my manager behavior also worst. They cheated my full money. Actually in their website no good collection of profile exist. A totally worst service. Never reffer to anyone.

Their excutive called me for activated a premium service for matrimony. And said to pay 2800. I paid the amount by online. After payment they didn't give me my matching profiles. Right now i requested their customer support executive to refund my money as they are unable to give me their service, they are saying it's not possible for them to refund money.

matrimonial complaint in abp
I have taken a package of 12000 as they convinced to take it by telling so much lies. Then 1st thing i dont get matches as per my preference where as in other matrimonial sites i get it. Next is they posted my add in the newspaper by adding some extra info wat i dont need. And another issue is their behaviour, they treat their customer badly, even one of their executive was so irresponsible that she did not forward my add even after complaining someone else he has done it. Now i want to modify the content of my add but they are saying its not possible. Because i have another chance to publish it.

I too have taken a 12, 000 package with all fake oral contracts, that they are providing us a discounted rate for a premium subscription if payment is done with 2-3days.
Now, they tell us we can't offer you premium at that rate, when payment has already been made. Adding to it, they say I won't be getting proper matches at this rate, which is actually happening, anybody and everybody is pinging even after setting a preference.
Do not trust these people. It's been week I am into it, I will seriously take legal help if they continue this.

no proper works, all wrong information provided to the clients.
At the time i mention my preference, at that time they told that we will help you every time in every step. And then after registered they are not kept that words, they are sending all wrong profile, the profile i dont want they are sending those, it is a fake company, so to all the people never ever do registration on these site. They are not even returning the money, no proper works, i am very much upset.

After payment they are not giving any service and also if i try to contact them over telephone they not doing any support. Some pubali sengupta has misbehaved so many times over ph. Take money from customers for apponting relationship manager. Afterwhich they don't bother and don't display suitable profiles. False assurance. Just cheat customers.

I have done payment of rs 3300 to upgrade my account in abp wedding (Account no. Aw52815119, registered mobile no [protected]).
Payment was done and money has been deducted from my account but the account was not updated.

Abp weddiing is not trustworthy so far approaches of some employee including their supervisor who are ever trying to misguide the parents of bride by uttering availability of false and fake profile id though such type of profiles are not actually exists in abp weddings database though i was assured that profiles as per my requirement will be visible if membership plan is taken by me. Whether it is true not is better known to abp weddings and its employees. Their intention is to collect subscription/membership plan by any means or by any way by ficticious assurances. Such posting was made during live chat and in response telephonic call was made requesting to search as per given direction for availability of suitable groom as per profile requirement. As a measure they cited profile ids of profile nos noted below and i requested them to please confirm which one profile id is govt/semi govt employees, but till date no reply is yet to be received from their end as subscription for membership plan stands collected by them and there is no necessary for further confirmation. 11424043, 82357465, 88881610, 25709159, 16691869, 37331034, 19951325, 49757677, 67644973, 94034941, 34596408, 52373467, 70493988, 49844568, 95603218, 12593536, 30797190, 31634992, 32380787, 62903854,[protected]No. Mangalik),[protected]No mangolik),[protected]Age:30 yr) services of bengali matrimony is far far better in comparison with that of bengali matrimony. Some one piyali said to be one employee of abp weddings assured and provided one mobile no for contacting her between 9am to 8 pm for any kind of help if required. Sorry to say that several calls were made which ended “ no response”. It may be mentioned here that some one from abp weddings called me on 21st august 2017 and directed me to alter our preference of grooms when i was on way of going to my office and requested her to call me next date but no call made on 22nd august 2017. It is not clear why i will have to alter my preferences when i was assured at the time of collection membership money that huge nos of profiles are available in abp weddings data base as per our criteria set in the profile. They were so hurry for collecting membership plan subscription which could be delayed if done by me in case of on line payment. They suddenly requested me to confirm card no, pin no. Cvn no of card and on good faith i supplied such information and they dome it from abp weddings office without depending on me. At the time of searching groom in every time as per our criteria set in the profile abp weddings, every time it shows : search result is zero”

My abpweddings id is aw97558207. I am a paid member of thsi service since may 2017 where my relationship manager is mr. Bhavesh kumar thakur.
From day 1 of my plan the manager started saying that my profile is inappropriariate for getting good profile match. He always said that my profile is not good enough, my photos are not up to the mark for partner's attraction. I dont know what type of service is he providing to his customers by putting them down.
He also poked rejected profiles to contact me only to get his commission. I am extremely annoyed and would like you to take action against him. Please revert back soon.

This is a very bad service package, I think a good management organization but not good service provider now I am RM service holder 5th week complete no any response, negetive or poetive, she provided only as per my demanding basis 3 or 4 profile share with me per week they are not looking match or any other. In these 2 or 3 profile ii instructions to communicate. But after that no response till 5th weekends.
In this situations I think this is a good business center but not problem solve provider.

One thing I don't like about Abp. They will keep calling and pushing to buy they membership. In the worst cases, they will play dirty marketing tricks e.g. Showing some girls photo and telling you those beautiful girls liked your profile and trying to contact you etc. It happened to me. There are very few serious profiles actually.

I would like to point out the issue o[censored]nsatisfactory service received from ABP weddings with reference to the profile AW20250669.
There has been couple of instances where the recommendations are below par and not matching with the preferences set under the above mentioned profile.
As an example, I would like to point out a recommendation, AW69685661 that has been posted on 2nd April'17, which is no where a near match.
I would also like to mention that the customer care executives are not helpful either.
In view of the above mentioned issues that has been brought to the notice of customer care repeatedly, I would like to request to refund the amount that was paid to avail the service.
There has been couple of instances where the recommendations are below par and not matching with the preferences set under the above mentioned profile.
