    With reference to the way bill no. 808643 dated 14.03.2023, 17kg GI oil cane was booked from Kallakurichi to Kanjikode (Kerala).
    We received 20.03.2023 at ABT parcel service Kanjikode with the condition of lots of leakage from the parcel. ABT Kanjikode official told that it was received with leakage from the the load.
    Finally we list more than 6 litres of oil and it cost Rs.1700/-.
    Herewith we request you to please respond our compliant and compensate the same as mentioned value.
    Still We trust your services.
    Please do the needful.

      For the above delivery number I have booked the parcel on 15th and have not received yet on 4th day as well. At the time of booking I was informed it will be 36 hours and door delivery. However when I call bangalore delivery number I'm told to come and collect it. There has been no proper response

          While taking delivery of my parcel in ABT parcel Service, Theni Aanantham Super Market Car parking Compound branch, Theni on 20.02.2023 at 2.00 pm I found the employee who collected money from me for my to pay way bill was found not honest and not sincere. He tried to cheat me and asked me to pay irrelevant and huge unloading charges. Every person knows that ABT services are being done on fixed and standard charges for goods transportation. Hence, kindly give suitable instructions to Agents not to engage such irresponsible employees in such good named national level organisation and send them out immediately because such dishonest employees will never take care of fame of such big organisations. I write this from my own experience. It is my request only.

            I am an aspirant studying in chennai for job purpose.I had my centre in my native. So I couriered all my books through ABT Parcel Service...They informed me that it will be received within two days.I courierd it on Thursday from Chennai T Nagar.Yet still I didn't receive my courier and for further information it had despatched from Chennai transhipment Centre only today...Kindly consider my situation and make my courier to reach me as early as possible sir...Exam is nearing

              I have booked my parcel on 18th jan 2022 and i have received my product on 27th of Jan and they were least care about the product

              Not only that they have charged more than they said for the parcel (Bill amount is 340-/ and they have charged 400-/, and they have charged extra 30-/ for their porter wage

              I thought ABT is a well reputed company till date

                We the distributor of Dabur India Limited, Madurai receiving stocks from them through your transport.
                On 06/10//2022 invoice no In[protected] we received 55 c/s in which two c/s has been damaged. We claimed in the transport for the same.
                But after lapse of two month the in charge has raised the shortage certificate and took away the damage cases from us.
                Now they are refusing to pay the amount. So we are asking for the damaged cases to return back. that also they are not returning back.
                Please help us to get back the damaged cases which we can ask claim in the company

                  On 24/12/2022 inv no IN[protected] they have booked 72 c/s but we have received only 70 c/s. Till date we have not received the balance two case.
                  Please make arrangement for the same.

                    The above mentioned LR.No. I sent a TVS XL two wheeler from Vellore to Vedsandur. For that, they charge packing fee and service fee separately when picking up the cart. No receipt will be given for the payment. It would be good if the management takes this into consideration and regulates the fees.

                      Metal Crafts from Coimbatore send Screen Mesh to my Production unit RGS Bluemetals which is located in Vellore on 27/12/22 ( LLR # CBE[protected] they said next day delivery but got 5 days but still not delivered there is no one responded to ask about our parcel. Such a pathetic parcel service ever. We lost a big because of this delay. Please do the needful

                        first it was not delivered on time, secondly the parts are missing ( engine guard spoiler ) seems like theft and also petrol tank damaged and scratches everywhere. attached the photos and videos with this message and contacted Gudalur office and Chennai office no one has an answer.

                        I kindly request the concern person to look into it ASAP

                        really disappointed with the service and my bike is completely damaged

                            I have sent a parcel from Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli to karanodai, Thiruvallur a week back... While at the delivery point my parcel was completely damaged... Very much disappointed... Worst parcel service.. ll never recommend this to anyone... Need a proper reply for this..

                              One of our parcel was booked on 29th September. The same was not yet delivered.

                              Parcel from chennai tamilnadu to kaliyakkavilai tamilnadu.

                              How long time will take to dispatch the items?

                              If we use other parcel services, goods will reach us within 48 hrs.. now 7 days completed.. no updates from abt office..

                                  I had to travel all the way to their parcel location which was 16kms from where I live since they don't "deliver" it home, ironic since it's a parcel service, and even after i reached the place the guy there wouldn't give me the parcel cuz he wanted money as part of "service charges". Extremely annoyed and frustrated with the people. The guy also asked 700/- to deliver it home, while it wasn't mentioned beforehand.

                                        Sir,

                                        I parceled my washing machine in ABT Parcel Service from Tiruvannamalai to Porur, Chennai to deliver at Gerugambakkam home and my waybill no: 523853 on[protected]. I paid total 1758 in which 500 is for delivery to home and I received the product on[protected] with washing machine got broken at the bottom. The outer cover are teared and that covered with tape (Attached the photos for reference). Kindly take the action to compensate my loss.
