On 22/10/2020 my cousin has shipped a bike in ABT parcel service office in Tirunelveli to chennai ( Wayno: 852976) . Till today I didn't receive my parcel, online tracking shows that it has reached chennai. But it is currently in madurai. There is some games has been placed by the employee from thirunelveli team. They have got illegal money and exchange other parcel and holder my parcel.. No proper response from their side till now. It's a big shame and waste of energy for myself and I lost 2 working days in office due to this issue. I hope this management will take this as serious issue and take action against the culprits behind this scam.

    Waybill number:913185 parcel got damaged condition, when complaining to agent they are not giving proper information also SBCR- DOORVANINAGAR KA AGENT and DVK branch agent both are complaining eachother no one accepting they are mistakes. So we need proper explanation and compensation for my damaged product,

        I parcelled my bike from Pondicherry office to Kattappana (Kerala - Allappey Parcel Service) on 29/09/2020. The bike arrived on 7/10/2020 but it was seriously damaged. I need an explanation for this from the company's side. This was poor service experience overall.

          We have dispatched some Calendars to our Client at Coimbatore from Chennai. Accepted the parcel for delivering at Door step after providing the AWB.

          After 8 days the Parcel reached Coimbatore yesterday and from ABT Coimbatore called the Delivery address to pick up the parcel.

          After a huge talk with Chennai ABY Parcel Service, now they were insisted additional Rs.200/= towards the Delivery charges....

          Dear sir
          I booked a shipment from madurai (Tn) to kottakkal (Kl) via abt parcel service with the waybill no: 543280 dated with 30/09/2020.
          But they wrongly booked to other pincode far 15 km and from exact delivery point. And they inform to pickup from these point.. After finding mistake of abt staff they agree to deliver to the delivery point.
          But now it 8 days gone shipment not received yet... And not give me a proper response... These delay make me a big loss.

          So kindly give me a better action for it...
          And solve the issue on urgent basis.

              I sent my bike (Bennelli tnt) via abt parcel service on 21 september 2020 from bangalore to payyannur. I received it in very bad condition: rear lamp broken, scratches in the tank and handle bar. I raised complaint with the person who took delivery, but still no response. This is how you deal with your customers? Charging 5k and don’t care about packing or delivery items properly. I want to get a proper compensation for the damage created...

                The duration of the transportation is not upto the mark. It got delayed 2days and while going to collect the bike we got problems with not giving proper information in the collection centre... Person named sundarrajan in padi, chennai branch was not reacting in a professional way. Completely disappointed with the service... Worst

                    Dear customers, i sent my bike in abt parcel service from chennai to Coimbatore, but i received it in very bad damaged condition and i will not be able to claim that also because before during the booking time they will get a sign from you stating that if any damage occurs abt will not be responsible...but i am not expecting this from a reputed parcel service like ABT...I will never ever book any parcel service from ABT

                      Worst service. Already submitted complaint for spot light missing and broken silence. Today got to know Bike Battery also replaced/stolen. How to believe this kind of service from ABT. I am gonna file a compliant against this fraud service.

                        Hi,

                        I sent my bike in parcel from Bangalore to Tiruppur. When it reached Tiruppur, I found that bike lights are missing and silencer broken. Nobody took responsibility for this loss at Tiruppur or Bangalore center. I need you service should provide cost for this loss immediately.

                          Hi,

                          The service provided by ABT courier is extremely bad. The product was not delivered to the exact location provided. The courier agent (shivadasn ph # [protected]) were not responsible in his duties. I have requested to transfer the courier to another branch in Perinthalmanna, but he refused to do so. I arranged someone to receive the same but, he kept him on hold for two hours. The person whom I arranged, travelled 2 hours from my location to collect the courier but at the end the courier was not handed over to him and he told to wait him there and went for lunch. He never communicated that the money needs to be handed over in hand. He is not having an account number also, where we can transfer the money. Due to his negligence I have got lots of trouble. Plz do not recruite such insane people in a responsible institution like this. Hope this will be taken care.

                            My friend send me a parcel in bangalore to theni, that is 30kg but i recieved 20 kg 2 rice bags only, i ask to abt service person, he said i recieved 2 bags from madurai ho, even i spoke to madurai head office & bangalore head office both are saying still we are searching your parcel, almost month finished, even i ask compensation but he is saying we don't have that policy abt parcel service they need only money, thay don't want customer satisfaction, irregular responsibility, i thought abt parcel service is genuine but now furd

                              I parceled 3 bikes (Bangalore - villupuram), out of that 2 bikes are delivered, but one of the new bike still in bangalore. Its been a week, still status is showed in bangalore. Am planning to give police complaint.

Then i paid rs7000 to mr veeramani account through google pay. They billed only 3500rs. Why they are taking extra money. I need my money back

                                    Docket no 842425 ..the parcel is sent from nagercoil and in tracking history it's showing as it already delivered in doorvani nagar Bangalore on 9th June 2020 but still now I didn't receive the parcel and the agent is not responding properly.
