I went to kottivakam abt parcel service it was locked then i called the incharge .he attented and gave his phone to his daughter who may be 5 are 6 year old she was saying he wil come in 5mins then i was waiting for 20mins and again called him again he took the phone and gave to his daughter then i told her i want to talk to your father then he started talking to me in unparlimantary words

Hi Recently i transit my Bike (Enfield) from Bangalore to my home town(Calicut).
I was totally disappointed after seeing the bike condition. Petrol tank was fully in damaged condition and ABT team is just explaining the things in silly manner that might be some thing drop on bike while their travel.
I was afraid of transporting bike through railway, because of their behavior and carelessness towards product. So i just checked a ABT and giving faith in them to deliver the bike in safe.

Kindly check and help me to repair this dent.

I sent my bullet 350 by abt parcel service from banglore(kr puram) to kerala(muvattupuzha ). When i received my bike the break liver was broken and break light was broken. The delivery took 9 days(acceptable because of this corona season). The bike was damaged is not acceptable.

I have Parcel booked in 05 may 2021. But still now not received in Parcel.
Tracking status for Parcel available in Madurai.

We had booked a parcel on Tuesday 27/4/2021 at sudhamnagar branch he had said machine is not working so will send what’s up by afternoon or evening .. daily we are calling the concern person mr Shankar his name must be ... no response not picking up calls ... not yet given LR copy also .. we had sent the goods on a trust now we don’t know also I’d the parcel sent to the party or what .. what do we do it’s been four days not a single reply from that person his mob no is +[protected] plz update us with the LR details our firm name is MISRILALL PARASMALL AND SONS BANGALORE

I am monthly customer sending so many goods ..I delivered to pattukottai branch to karanodai branch, redhills, thiruvallur dist.when once reach the branch they call me..I ask them to keep on ur office I will collect next day but they told that how we keep in office how we unload that much and keep in office ..worst service really I m angry

Already the parcel bill has been paid and the service provider charges extra 50 rupees while delivering the item. All charges are included in the bill. but why they charge extra amount.

I have booked a consignment for Bangalore on 20th Mar21. As promised by booking point it should be delivered on 23Mar21, but still not delivered or any update on it.

And also while booking consignment the counter person as forced to pay 300/- extra charge. Even after calling their is no proper response.

Additional their is no clear info my consignment.

Need action on this matter at the earliest.

I have already raised my complaint via phone but I haven't received any calls so hence want to raise my complaint via email. My bike Yezdi was transported from Thiruvalla to Trivandrum which was booked on 25th and I got a call from Trivandrum office stating the bike arrived at its destination on Monday morning. When I visited the Trivandrum office to collect my bike I found that there were a lot of damages on my bike like the Clutch Assembly and Crash guards are broken, the number plate is damaged. This was during my initial inspection as it was still packed, hence not sure of any other possible damages. Can you let me know why is the transportation taken in such an irresponsible manner?

I can understand there might be some scratches but this level of service is not acceptable. Please consider this issue on priority basis and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Worst parcel service.

I have send the parcel by 19th . Still didn't receive. Their tracking is showing parcel is in Salem . But they promised for 5 days delivery. Now I really don't know when it will reach Ahmedabad

I have shipped my product from bangalore to marthandam 6 master cotton box
They charged 600 rs per cotton box normally it will cost only 200 rupees they increased more than 100 percent per box

I have booked new Luminous Battery + inverter from bangalore to vedaranyam ABT office (LR. No:879947) on 28/11/2020 (Rs. 1550). I have picked the parcel yesterday (04/12/2020). But the battery parcel is received in open condition and it got demaged also.they have charged 100 rupees as unloading charges.

The vedaranyam office is not in good condition. It is in old condition and inside the building rain waters are there. There is no safety for the customer's parcel.

Now battery inverter is not working. I am totally disappointed with this service from this reputed company (ABT).Rs-16730/- worthy product is got wasted by the parcel service. Who is responsible for this?

I booked my two wheeler from Musiri to Medavakkam chennai by ABT parcel service on 13th Nov 20. I received my vehicle on 18th Nov 20 with damage condition. I asked delivery agent but they didn't provide proper reason. So kindly request to give proper reason to customer and take action about this issues and solve this problem.

I am a regular client of this service and several times noticed the delay in delivery of my booking objects like medicine equipments etc.this time I have booked medicine from Chennai to erode and the booking date was 10.11.2020 at 1.32 pm. On 11.11.2020 afternoon 2 clk I called for the enquiry load was on the same place and I called to head office at Coimbatore to fasten the procedure. Bill no 319727.But again on 12.11.2020 2 clk I called for the updation, from head office they told it is on the way you will get your load on 13.11.2020 or 14.11.2020. So my question is wheather 4 days required to get my product from your Chennai branch to Erode branch. Even after l informed them that the load contains medicines and it is urgent for me to deliver to the patients the staffs never took it as seriously and they were telling it will be done don’t worry. So here I am lodging this complaint and hope my problem will be rectified soon

We are booking material on 7/11/2020 in Avinashi office. Till now we are not receiving our material in Dindigul office and also not getting proper answers from your side (very poor response). LR no : 230803

LR No . 135577. The device that came with the consignment . One of the 2 item is damaged an item is was dropped off at changananacherry in it the damage item was returned so far no one wad able to send in the perfect solution which is not strange. I have also suffered financial losses. There for, it is requested that a decision be made as soon as possible.

We booked 20Packeges From Nagarcoil To tirupur In that 2 Packages Are Fully Damaged And Fully soaked in oil we ask the ABT Person regard This Damages He was Not Giving A Proper Response And His Answer was very Poor and irretating to us So Kindly Request to give Proper Response to the Coustmer And Take Action About this Issuses and solve this problem

I dropped my luggage on the the 22ne of October expecting a delivery in atleast a week. I had asked them prior to booking coz i needed the books by the time i got home. I called them up a week after and they said that the shipment is still lying in the office. And extremely unprofessional. Coimbatore head office does not respond to anything. They say they'll call you back but they don't. They block your number. They stop answer your calls and finally you end up not knowing anything about your boxes. It's been 10 days today and still no sign. And the tracking (which j started getting only.today) says that it is still lying in Bangalore. Can anyone take responsibility for this ??
