Abt Parcel Service — Delay of parcel

Two months before covenant publishers sent a parcel to our school. since it wont reached after one month we searched the phone number of ABT parcel service, Nagararaja coil Nagarcoil from internet. They told that it didn't reached their. Within this time we called 9 times, but we didn't get any good response from the office. Today they found the parcel and they sent a postal card that i have to pay the rent of the warehouse... its absolutely the fault of your office at nagarcoil. they are now telling new stories to cover up their fault.
