Abt Parcel Service — misbehaviour by Ganapathy agent | |||
As a customer when i faced a problem in delivering my material from ganapathy branch. i had given a complaint to the abt parcel service Head office and they have also warned them to give me a good service since i am receiving material parcel every week through them. Today the agent got angry on me when i went to take delivery my goods and he is questioning me how can i give a complaint against them to HO. i said its my rights as a customer to give a complaint to HO against any agents when i didn't get good service. such a peoples are handling the agency of ABT. i was dealing with them last four years and from the day one i am facing problems one way or other. i have also informed about all the issues to DGM of parcels but they are not able to take any actions against the agents. infact its really head ache to track our parcels after booking.Never work their online tracking system. i use to call 5 to 6 office peoples in different place to track my parcels that too 10 to 15 time.where as if i book through FEDEX or TCIXPS we can track on our mobile itself.no need to waste my money as well as time . After 4 years of trail i understood never change ABT Attitude no meaning of giving complaints also its waste of our time understood now . so whtever happend no do business with ABT PACELS, , , FIT FOR NOTHINGS ALL Was this information helpful? | |||
