I am very disappointed with the slim belt that I bought. While placing my order on phone I was told that the belts supplied will be of free size, but on delivery one belt was of XL and the other small. I called several times to replace the small size belt with an XL. After repeated calls I was told that they will replace the small size with an XL one, but so far there is no proper response from them as it is over a month that I purchased the product. Would also like to mention that the product is of very poor quality as it gave way after using just 5 times.

I ordered on 3rd jan 2018 online.
i have paid online as it was cheaper to pay online.
But they have not delivered till now, now they are saying sir we don't take online order, and your money will not returned.
I want my money back or product as soon as possible.

I ordered sweat slim belt one and a half month ago and since then trying to get the size of the product replaced but everytime i was just given excuses that someone will get back to me.
Pathetic experience and very poor quality service for a new customer.
Will never ever suggest anyone to go for a product of this company.
