My Interview was scheduled at 2 pm, but when it started at 4 pm their site was unable to detect the camera and mic ...but my camera and mic was on still saying camera not found.
On contacting the technical issue team on provided contact number they just say keep waiting in the lobby...wait...wait...and wait... it's been 3 hrs I'm waiting and still no response. Not only me, this issue is faced by many people today, Accenture should at least reschedule our Interview and please improve your technical support team,
I'm sharing the pic I have clicked like the camera light was ON and it was saying no camera detected.
