[Resolved]  Accenture India — No Follow-up for Candidate ID 6910021 for more than 2 months

I had my interview on 2nd August and received my Document uploading mail on 21st August, which required me to upload all the necessary documents to receive the letter of intent. However, since then, I have not received any further updates from their portal, and my documents are still under verification. As this was an off-campus opportunity, I don't have any point of contact within the organization, and the support ticket system generates the same automated response each time I inquire about the status. My Provisional Degree certificate for my Undergraduate was rejected on 19th September and I was instructed to upload a valid Provisional Degree Certificate. Although I uploaded the document from the college website, after the document rejection mail, I attested my PDC from my college authority and reuploaded it again. It has been more than 2 months I received my document mail and 1.5 months I received my Document reuploading mail but since than there has been no response. Please look into the process I am apprehensive, other people who received their task mail on 21st August have received their offer letter as well as the next mails too.
