Accenture India — aadhar card pending for approval

I left accenture on 1st may 2017 and now when i am trying to claim my pf through online efo. It is suggesting me to update your adhar.

I have updated it but same is pending for approval from accenture.
Kindly approved, as its been more than 10 days and your eb. Socialsecurity is just throwing templates mail to me.
My request number pr0526913 & ref msg[protected] is given by eb. Socialsecurity.
