Accenture India — Accenture India Task submitted no reply

I have given an interview in January 24th 2022 for accenture Direct Hiring For ASE Role .I cleared all rounds. then I was assigned with 9 tasks on 28th January 2022
which basically was background verification and documents uploading
Out of 9 tasks 8 are approved and my 1 task after making the correct and desired changes is still itself shown in submitted
its been a month since its in submitted state and no reply or respond from accenture team regarding it
i raised queries multiple times but no response either
i uploaded the documents and desired correct changes before due date which was 7th Feb 202
now its been Month since its still in submitted state
its not been reviewed nor approved nor any response from team regarding it
Please help me out
