I am an Ex-Accenture Employee. My ID is 13164102.
I worked with Accenture between June 2021 to June 2022. Later I discontinued working due to personal reasons and transferred all my PF amount to Accenture. When I submitted for claim, it got rejected as Accenture not deducted EPS.
For past 1 year, I trying to get this resolved. I have submitted PF passbook, Form 11 and several requests raised to eb.[protected]@accenture.come
No proper response and they copy and paste the response from previous requests. Every time they say that EPS clarification is under validation and later documents will be submitted to RPFC team .
No progress at all. Please help me to solve this as I am in need of the money and waiting for 1 year.
