Hi,

My accenture CID is C6417518. I have been interviewed for a project specific requirement and I am done with all the rounds but no response from HR. I didn't recieve any call for HR discussion and my status is showing that the compensation expectation is high so my profile is on hold. I don't know without any discussion how Accenture kept my profile on hold and surprising thing is my details has been shared with the project team by staffing department that I am about to join the project so they are calling me continuously. Please provide me a satisfactory response for the same.

ACCENTURE India is the worst company. Especially their HR department totally useless.

Select the Candidates based on their personal interest.

Many of my friends even told this HR select candidates totally as per their choice.

NOT as per the candidate skills.

I have personally attended Accenture Interview TWO times.

One in 2016 and after 5 months again in March, 2017

First time interview took place at Raheja mindspace campus and wasted my whole day.

After this I even send feedback to their HR department. Where they took all the details.

After that irresponsible staff may be sleeping. Did not even reply after knowing their fault.

Again this time I got email from HRSS. So, I attended interview on 11th March, 2017.

First they called around 15 people at hall. And later again shifted to Cafeteria.

Where already few people waiting for their round since a long time. And few people moved to have water / refreshment. When lady HR staff find this, she is calling someone on phone. And barking like local uneducated ladies as you see in slums. On the call she is giving order( these people are roaming. Ask them to sit at one place or else leave the premises, why they are coming to interview when don't have patience).

This worst HR lady taking personally and she want to be like Hitler, don't believe in freedom of moving as well. As a job seeker you must sit on chair for hours, until they complete their useless works by talking with colleagues, wasting all time etc.

I TAKE as a challenge. Ask them to appointment me as HR head. I will show, how HR process can be improved and save 70% time of job seekers as well as Accenture HR as well.

So, that's different story of worst HR department of Accenture.

Now lets come to my HR interview.

I am a technical support professional having 5 year experience in the same chat/email process.

I worked with 3 companies. All international and American process.

I have excelled in all these companies. And for one year I was the topper in the whole process for AHT( Average Handling Time)

Those companies gave me opportunity. I worked beyond the expectations.

But at Accenture India Services, they are fooling the government by taking subsidy. They are fooling the candidates saying they believe in EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.

They do not want correct candidate. They filter the candidate based on their personal interest.

I challenge the HR head of India as well as HR head of Accenture HD office in USA. Give me an opportunity to work. At least for 2 months. I will show - how pathetic your HR department is, your HR department making fun at work place.

Wasting all company time even after finding correct job seekers. They are playing games.

This kind of HR department very worst and dangerous for the society.

So dear job seekers before you attend interview. Make sure you are wasting your time.

They feel happy and proud by filtering large number of candidates.

Here a perfect candidate having 5 years experience in the same field NOT selected. Because of inequality.

This is totally a company believe in INEQUALITY. Whereas inequality is termed as crime in Indian Constitution.

So, friends beware of this worst company. Make you fall in depression.

I buyed yamha r15 on 28december 2016 from aquad yamaha which is in BT road near dunlop kolkata. Its been more than 2 month and they have not given the bike number.Each time i call they give one or other reasons and ask me to call next week. I am calling them like everyday and still they are not giving me any 1 date when they can give my bike number.

Selected by Accenture 11 months ago no sign no joining ( in april 2016) and as per there steps verification of documents was completed that time hr called me 4 times in a day. To serve the notice period i left my previous one . But suddenly Accenture stop replying that concern hr also not replying . Please I am waiting for the joining help me.

Hi,

This is the second time Accenture turned a blind eye on my candidature. Last before year, it kept my profile on hold for an year and finally sent mail, "Profile Archieved.. Please re-apply". I convinced myself and applied again. Cleared rounds of telephonic interview. After a while, I got a mail from them asking me to update details in their portal and would call for HR round of interview. I don't remember the name of person who took my interview but I got mail from balappa.[protected]@accenture.com and HR.Nethra (+91-[protected]) informing, that since I have cleared all interviews in past, they would be putting me directly to project rounds panel. Later postponed a week further and now not responding to calls. You're taking interview process as a joke. I really dont know how much you're spending on your interview process but candidates are being fooled every attempt they make towards being hired.

This is to let you know that I attended the recruitment process of accenture and cleared first two rounds of interview

It is very unfortunate that even after clearing both the rounds and getting mail to get a call for final HR discussion round I have not got any calls for the HR round since October.My recruiter is not reachable in call and every time I mail the Candidate response team I get the same reply that the interview process will be conducted from the current stage.

I am not sure where the gap is but certainly there is something need to be checked/investigated upon and the I should get updates on this recruitment process.

I have attended the Accenture recruitment process and cleared all the mandatory rounds. Post clearing the recruitment process i have been asked to submit all the required documents. On December 21st 2016 i have received an email from HR Careers of Accenture saying your candidature is in the process of receiving an offer of employment. You should receive a communication from our official shortly.

Even after so many followups till date with the individuals from whom i got recruitment details i haven't got any response. I am still waiting and looking forward to work with Accenture.

I was called by recruitment team for almost 3 times a day while submitting documents
Being ex employee of Accenture, I really expected offer from them
But even today, the status is showing as OFFER PENDING

An employee name Asif from Accenture(Chennai, No:51, Tek meadows, Sholinganallur) has taken money from so many of my friends ensuring they would get job in chennai and took 30k from each and he went into unavailable state after taking money from them they all have offer letters and appointment letters with them please take necessary action on him and help others from not getting into his track

I received a mail about my Offer Letter and I asked a query about the same.
I mailed back but received no response. I called the concerned person and they did not help. They were saying to mail again till I receive a response. Next 2 days are Saturday and Sunday. And the concerned person left for the day without even responding.

Sir, I m Anukriti Mithorya student o[censored]IT-RGPV Bhopal college. i given the elitmus exam and got the 117 score but i don't get the call because accenture shortlisted the name of college for interview but there is a mistake in the list there is mention my college is RGTU only but there is no any college in bhopal its UIT-RGTU bhopal .that's why i m don't getting the call .So Please i request to edit the list of college and mention that UIT-RGTU in place of RGTU.

It has been 10 months i was selected by accenture each process incuding document verification is completed...i left my previous job to serve notice period there..now accenture is telling 'no demand' but till now there is no sign of joning... they cant play with others future...please take some action with these pending selected candidate...

I had joined accenture on the 09th march 2016 and left the company on 30/09/2016. As per my notice period since i was in probation was suppose to serve for 1 month time which i did.
However, i was communicated by the hr that my relieving letter will come via mail to me from bangalore and a feedback session will be conducted by the hr from there.
However till today the 27th dec 2016, i am still awaiting my relieving letter and the hr just gives me an ans that the case manager is looking into it. Its been 3 months now.

Posting this here, as i hope i will be getting some favourable reponse.
Never expected a company like accenture to do like this

I applied for the role of Demand Planning Specialist in Accenture. This role was for Accenture's client ABI (CID - C2617390 ). After clearing all the rounds (2 managerial rounds, technical rounds, client round and HR round) I was told that my candidature can not be taken forward as I graduated from Magadh University Bodh Gaya Bihar.
