Accenture India — Candidature is on hold C10772880

Hi,

I have completed my technical round on 17th March 2022. I got a call to update EAF and all documents. I have uploaded all successfully. But HR round is pending. Suddenly next day showing my status in portal as "Your candidature is on hold".
I tried to contact POC also, but not received any response from them.
When can I get offer letter, why my profile kept under hold??
