Accenture India — Candidature is on hold candidature id is C10772880

Hi,
My technical round completed on 17th March 2022. I got a call for upload documents and submit EAF. I have submitted all from my end. But HR round is pending. Suddenly next day showing my status as Your candidature is on hold. What does this mean??
I tried to contact my POC, but not received any response.
When can I get my offer letter??

Updated by D Mamatha My complaint was not resolved. And i didn't get any calls from Accenture, still showing my profile as candidature is on hold
