Accenture India — Candidature removed

My candidateID:C12427595. I have given my final round interview on 9th Jan 2024. I have cleared all rounds of interview and uploaded documents. My candidature was on hold for 2 weeks and now I got a mail that my candidature will be removed from accenture portal. Its been more than a month. My issue not resolved yet.
