Accenture India — Complaint about very long delay in getting offer letter.

On June 1st, 2023, I received a message on WhatsApp from Accenture, indicating that my documents had been verified, and the offer letter was in the process of being generated. However, despite the initial message, I have not received any further communication or my offer letter. It has now been 22 days, which is considerably longer than the timeframe experienced by my friends (3-4) days who were selected for similar profiles oncampus.

I also conducted a poll in my college group, and I discovered that I am the only one who hasn't received the offer letter, despite having all my documents verified.

In my attempt to seek clarification, I raised a ticket on the indiacampus.accenture.com platform. Unfortunately, the ticket was closed without any proper response or resolution to my query.

I request you to consider this matter because it has left me hopeless for my future.
