This is Vishwaraj Sanjeeva Karkera, ex employee of Accenture. My last working day at Accenture was on 18/12/2022.
My query is related to PF transfer which was rejected. I did raise the issue in the month of August & September 2022 to eb.[protected]@accenture.com and the response shared by them are as follows;
Kindly note that your basic salary was above 15k per month and we had included it as part of your PF contribution under EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) based on the inputs provided by you through a declaration(Form 11) at the time of joining Accenture…However, we have received the pf transfer-in amount from the prior pf account.
As you confirmed 'prior pf amount was directly transferred to present employer pf number along with pension', hence we will submit the eps clarification to pf office by end of the AUG month and a filled acknowledgment copy will share with you.
Post submission of the eps clarification pf office will take 20 days for approval and after that, you can submit the pf claim online.

Unfortunately, I have not received any update on the eps clarification which was supposed to be shared to the PF office from Accenture PF team! Request you to check and share an update at the earliest.
My PF account number at Accenture was MH/BAN/45665/1378483 and UAN[protected].
