Accenture India — Delete my account and cid

I have applied for this job long time ago it's been 6 months but i didn't get any response from them till now! So I no longer want to apply for the role of 'Bengaluru New Associate Talent Acquisition' my CID: C7566720 but I'm not able to withdraw my application.
Which is not allowing me to apply or get referred for any other role.
I want to apply for the other role.
Please solve this issue and notify me soon .
