Please delete below all my credentials registered with the Accenture, I had created profile in error for irrelevant job(CID C5961580), below see below for further reason.

Comments: This is my !CID!:C5961580, i have created my profile for irrelevant job at Accenture, i have deleted my profile but when my friend tried to referred me for some position i got an error as PAN is already registered with us, I didn't get any interviews and this error wouldn't allow me to register in another opportunities.Please wipe and delete all mainly PAN details.
