Accenture India — I got selected and uploaded all the documents and at the end they are telling that recruitment is over

I cleared Accenture Assessment & Interview and uploaded required documents on the portal before 60 days, But still my document verification is pending and my candidature is on hold.

Before 45-50 days, On Accenture portal when I saw that my candidature is on hold. I tried to communicate with Document verification team to get the reason of 'Candidature on hold', but didn't succeed.
Then I communicated with HR (Neha Ma'am) on 10 Dec 2022 and got the reason that 'Period with Employer' is missed in previous Form-16 So that my candidature is on hold. Also she suggested me to get revised form-16 from previous employer (Akal Information Systems).

Then Immediately, I communicated with my previous Employer(Akal Information Systems) to get the revised form-16 and On 19 Dec 2022, I got revised form-16 where 'Period with Employer' was mentioned. At the same time, I sent revised form-16 to HR (Neha Ma'am) and Document verification team (Sumalatha Ma'am). Also I tried to upload on Accenture portal, But 'Upload Document' link was not enable so that I can't upload.

Then almost 15-16 days I waited and On 05-Jan-2023 that Candidature is got unhold and showing like it's in process also I got call from Document verification team (Sumalatha Ma'am) to upload few more documents on portal and live validation with Dilip Kumar Anandan sir for form-16 and form-26 AS. Same day I attended that live validation and sent form-16 and form-26 AS to him. Based on that I resigned my current company.

Today morning, eagerly I logged In to the Accenture portal to know the status of application. But again I got my candidature is on hold.
So multiple times I called to Sumalatha ma'am but she didn't picked my call. Then I called to HR (Neha Ma'am) to know the reason of hold. Ma'am told that Signature date is 19-dec-2022 on form-16 So that again your candidature got on hold.

Then I communicated with my Previous Employer to resolve this issue and he is ready to provide any support at any time.

Today evening, I logged In to the Accenture portal to know the status of application. But I got below message.

We regret to inform you that we do not have a suitable opening in the organization that is commensurate with your background/skills and experience. We hope to reconsider your profile when there is a new suitable opening.​)
