Accenture India — I have not received salary from 7 months

I joined Accenture in October 2022. I asked for project change because of which they held back my salary. I got a new project in January 2023. But I have not received salary from past 7 months as November and December timesheet is pending. The Manager and HR did not give project/bench codes for October and November. I have been complaining to them and they keep delegating the issue and playing around. It's very frustrating because I am working in shifts and not getting paid. The management should give atleast bench code if they don't want to give project code for oct and nov. But they aren't doing anything. Never expected such WORST EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT from ACCENTURE. Holding back salary from 7 months is horrible. They should understand that WE have Financial Commitments.
