Accenture India — I was unable join the interview

Dear team,
My Accenture interview was scheduled at 10:40 A.M on 5th August 2023.
When I entered the interview lobby I got You are in the Queue, Please wait until you are invited and after 3 to 4 hours the screen displayed PLEASE WAIT TO BE QUEUED. We will assign you a room queue shortly.
Do Please resolve this issue and reschedule my interview
