Hi Team,
Im an former employee who just left the organisation few days back, there is one policy which company has set is inappropriate or not a valid one.
They award bonus/variable pay to employees based on their previous performance in the current cycle in 2 different pay cycle.
However when your leaving the organisation they say the policy doesn't allow to pay bonus at the settlement since they are not active on the pay cycle. This is really seems to be inappropriate or vague policy.
They have already taken the service which is an event happened in the past but refusing to pay since employee is not active on the payout cycle.
Payout cycle is something that they made it pay the employees in the current year.
