Accenture India — issue with editing

Hello Madam/Sir,

Iam one of the selects of the off campus drive which was held on Dec 2 at hyderabad. I have received a call to update my "Complete graduation branch name as per the provisional certificate", but unable to edit anything. I raised a query in help dest one week ago, but unfortunately response. It would be helpful if you can figure out this.
