[Resolved]  Accenture India — unable to login to accenture tekstac learning portal

I have received my Accenture joining date as July 24 before which we are to complete a set of courses LKM Primer. I am unable to login to my account using the portal https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php
My username is prep_3jul24_144. It says Invalid login and I don't get any mail to my registered mail when I click 'Forgot Password'. I could access my account one day July 4 but from the next day I could not. I have to complete the courses within 3 weeks. Please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
