Accenture India — Not giving me my relieving letter

I left accenture on 23rd may 2017 and even after 1 month accenture has not given me my relieving letter and my full & final settlement.
When i drop a mail to them finance team says we havent got input from hr and when contacted hr they says we already sent.
I am dropping mail to them everyday but no proper response.
I am fed up with their behaviour.
Accenture is big brand but behaving like worst and they are not even bothered about their ex employee.
I dont know what to do but for sure next week i will go to court against accenture
