Accenture India — Offer letter not released yet

Hello, my name is Vivek, and my CID is C10401015.
I gave an interview on December 7, 2021, and on December 8, 2021, I received a call from HR and was informed I had cleared the technical round. Then package details were discussed. Then I uploaded the documents on December 10, 2021, and sent all the documents that mentioned hr. on Monday, i.e., December 13, when I checked the status of my job in the portal, and now it's showing your candidature on hold.
I tried to contact your HR but got no response. I request you
to kindly look into this and resolve this at the earliest as the portal's status is still on hold. I'm hoping
for a positive response.
