Bhuvaneshwar R, CID no C10394850 I gave interview on 1 Dec 2021 and On 3 Dec 2021 day I received a call from HR and I was informed I have cleared the technical round then package details were discussed. Then I uploaded the documents and after some days I checked in portal and now it's showing delay in processing your candidature. “ Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you. We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.” They have also replied that there is no demand for the position now, they will call once the demand is there. They scheduled interview saying that there is urgent need and they are closing the position soon. Please help with the offer letter Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (4)

This happened with me too. I gave my first interview on 27 September 2021. Cleared all the rounds and submitted all the required documents but I am still waiting for the offer letter. My candidature has been put on hold and they do not have any reason to give, so they just keep repeating the same thing that a document is not submitted, which I have submitted twice to the hr and informed about this personally to almost all the point of contacts.

I don't know what's wrong with their hiring process. Such a slow process, so much communication gap and than they start ignoring the calls and messages. After 3 months I am still waiting for the offer letter to be released and my candidature is still on hold.
