Accenture India — pf department has tested all my patience levels

A former accenture employee who was under the assumption that people are really co-operative and helpful.
It has been more than 6 months since i submitted all the documents required for pf withdrawal, yet i am stumped that they haven't sent the documents to pf office.

They are really good with lame reasons, from last 3 months, they slap the same reason that some error in pf department while revision and they are working on it.
