With reference to your grievance it is to inform you that inspite of you are eligible for membership of Pension Scheme M/s. Accenture has not extended the same to you and not deposited EPS contribution in your account and due to which error occurred while processing the claim. You are requested to contact to the establishment and ask them to provide clarification letter and copy of paid challan towards remittances of EPS contribution in your account"".Could you let me know how to go about it, else i have to take this up legally."
