Accenture India — PF Transfer Related

I am an Ex-Employee of Accenture, I have applied 2 time transfer request and it got rejected. it was rejected because non contribution in PF for 3 year because of GCP. I am chasing with PF team from Sept 2022 and still they are submitting wrong document to PF office and they are taking 45days to prepare document.
2 time they added wrong joining date though i have informed them in the ticket still they have provided document with wrong joining date.
Can you please look into this ASAP I wanted to transfer PF and need to withdraw it.
Also i have submitted the a query with Ticket, related to Father's Name change in UAN portal and still no clue what is the status of it.
they resolves all my request without any resolution here is my ticket PR2859839.
