Accenture India — pf withdrawal ecr update | |||
I'm an ex employee of accenture india. I have applied for withdrawal of pf amount and the application got rejected stating ecr update for pension. Issue has been encountered with ebsocial security team (Pf team in accenture) and got response from them that Suppose to claim through offline since pf team as not accepting online applications. After that i applied through offline and after waiting for more than 45 days eb social security accenture team respond that the form 15g has not been filled properly hence they didn't submit the application to pf team. Again after consulting ca i sent offline forms with confirmation that everything has been properly set then after 30 days they replied that pf team is not accepting offline forms we need to submit in online. Even after claiming in online am not able to withdraw amount again facing same pension amount issue. I am applying from march 2018 to till date and to get a single response from eb social security team i waited for more than a month Kindly requesting you to help me to get out of this.
