Hi Team, I have taken a new SIM to for my stolen mobile. when i tried to insert in my mobile i came to know that, due to mismatch in my document SIM is not yet activated and requested same concern person. He had informed to me sent an e-mail to change my details as per the Aadhaar document. Mobile Number [protected] Name :- Balaji A Please support in activating the SIM ASAP. it has been almost 5 Days since i have taken the NEW SIM. Note :- Service of the employees is very much Poor and need improvement in handling / Receiving the customer.
