Accenture India — regarding the hiring process for experienced professional

Hi

I had given interview on 7th sep 2019 and cleared technical and hr round on same day. Then they said we will call you for the final round. After 1 week now i see updated message in portal with below status:

"owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.
We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in accenture job opportunities."

What does this mean? If they don't have vacancies just after 1 week, why did they wasted whole my day during technical and hr round. They don't know i have visited from kolkata to bangalore just to attend the interviews. They are playing with the guys future, wasting my whole time and money.
