I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent experience with the recruitment process at Accenture for the Query Management role. I applied for this position and participated in the initial interview, which I successfully cleared. However, I am deeply concerned about the way my application and rejection were handled in the subsequent stages of the process.
My concerns and grievances are as follows:
Timing of Rejection: On September 27, 2023, I had a telephone interview scheduled at 5:00 PM by recruiter Devyani Singh for the Query Management role. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email at 4:00 PM on the same day, just an hour before the scheduled interview time. This abrupt timing left me both surprised and disheartened, as I had successfully progressed through the first round and was looking forward to the second round.
I would like to request the following as a resolution to this complaint:
Kindly help me to remove my profile and resume from your company's (Accenture) portal.

Please remove it ASAP. I don't want my details in the recruitment database and also remove from all entities which I have been tagged.
An explanation for the timing of the rejection email, particularly the close proximity to the scheduled interview time.
I want to emphasize that my intention in filing this complaint is not to create any undue inconvenience but rather to seek clarity and improvement in the recruitment process. I value Accenture as a prospective employer and hope that this feedback can contribute to a more transparent and constructive candidate experience in the future.
