Accenture India — Remove my profile as not able to apply for other opportunities

My candidate id is C8367366.I am not able to apply for any Accenture job as the error is showing as 'we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources'.

Please resolve this issue ASAP so that I can apply for job opportunities.
