Accenture India — Task rejection for document verification

Respected sir/mam,
My name is Sourabh Pandey and my candidate id is 1569969.I got mail for task creation on 22th september 2021.Currently i am in document verification process.I got task rejection for uploading clear and scanned copies of marksheets again and again but I already uploaded all the marksheets clear and scanned.I cannot understand why such rejection occurs.i also raised query on the portal but no one is replying.their is no way to connect the recruitment team
kindly provide me assistance and please solve my query as soon as possible
