Accenture India — Unable to apply any positions

Dear sir, i had applied to accenture in 2014 and all the formalities were completed. However at the last moment i did not get the offer. I had resigned already and had to face lot of problems. I am trying to apply to suitable positions now and not able to get through. Kindly help where is the problem and how to resolve this. I want to understand and resolve this in a fair way.
