My PF no is - MHBAN[protected] and I want to transfer this into my PF in new organization but since, Accenture has filled incorrect details with PF office it is getting rejected every time.
I sent query to EB.[protected]@accenture.com and my reference number was SR #: 1-[protected].
The response i received was as follows:
"Hi Rishabh,
11084700
Please be informed that PF transfer forms are kept on hold due to pension contribution error, our concern officials are working on revised contribution details and same will be completed shortly. After prepraing we will submit the same to PF department.Post receipt of the consolidated data, pf officials will upload the same in online records and settlement will be processed on priority.
To complete this activity, pf department required 30 to 35 days and after that employees transfer forms will be considered for settlement. Hence kindly allow us 30 to 35 days for submission."
However it is around one year since then and i have sent several queries but the issue is not yet resolved as they always ask for some more time.
First they asked for 30-35 days then till December, after that they asked more time till march then again they are asking more time.
