Accenture India — Unexpected recruitment status

My Candidate ID: C9681932

Got an email from π—”π—°π—°π—²π—»π˜π˜‚π—Ώπ—² after completion of the technical round, saying "You've cleared the previous round and made it to the HR interview". After some time the same day, the status changed to "We regret to inform you that your credentials have not met our selection or verification criteria. We have closed your application and will not be going forward with your candidature."

I did not even get any calls/emails on the further steps and how come my application got closed. My point-of-contact HR is not at all responding to my emails.
