Accenture India — Urgent: Escalation for Lack of Support in Accenture Recruitment Process

Dear Recruitment Department,

I hope this email finds you well and alerted.
(CID: C[protected], and I recently went through the interview process with Accenture for a position as a Nodejs Developer. I am writing to escalate an issue I have encountered regarding the lack of support from the helpdesk in the recruitment department.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have progressed through the interviews successfully and have had positive interactions with the interviewers. However, my experience with the support helpdesk has been less satisfactory. I have encountered the following challenges:

1. Unresponsiveness : Over call and 0% response on mail
2. Lack of guidance
3. Delays in providing information
4. I am asked to come to Pune from Indore for the final interview. Please see details below related to this point :
4.1 - Whenever I call from my side to the support person Komal Mishra then firstly it is very rare to get connected with her on call and it is 0% response from her side over mail, and luckily if she gets connected on call then she always ask me to come Pune for the final round.
4.2 - My base location is Indore (MP) so I truly don't understand the concept of coming to Pune for the final discussion even though we have an Accenture office in Indore also.
4.3 - Portal says that every interview round is clear then what type of one more interview round is this? Komal also didn't clear this much.
Let's say this is a kind of Managerial round or salary discussion round so what is the need of coming to Pune from Indore just for this round?
Can't this round happen online the same as other happened or in the Indore office?
Because it is okay that I have an offer in my hand from Accenture and they call me to join the Pune office for document verification and further they call me to relocate to Pune. I am okay to relocate myself to Pune but this must happen when I have an offer in my hand.
4.4 - Let's say I am ready to come to Pune also for the final interview and I am not satisfied with the salary or the package offered then what about my expenditure of money and time?
PLEASE NOTE that I agreed to come to Pune for the final round and also a couple of times I had given some dates to Komal but at the end time she says that slots are not available. This scene has occurred multiple times and it's almost 1 MONTH that I am still waiting for any positive response from Accenture support.

At last, I totally deny the below lines written on the portal are true. See the lines below:

Because the support person is not at all happy to help/assist their candidates.

I understand that the recruitment process involves several stakeholders and that coordination can be complex but apart from Accenture there are also multiple MNCs but doesn't see they take this much time for the candidature. However, the difficulties I have encountered have impeded my progress and left me unsure about the next steps in the process.

As a candidate, I believe it is crucial to receive timely and accurate support to maintain a positive experience and ensure a smooth recruitment journey.

I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter and providing the necessary support to resolve the issues I have mentioned.
I believe that by addressing these challenges, Accenture can continue to maintain its reputation for excellence in recruitment and candidate experience.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update or connect me with the appropriate person who can assist in resolving these concerns promptly. Please let me know if there is any additional information or documentation I can provide to support the resolution of this matter.
