Please see below email thread where in Accenture played through out for 2 years and yet did not solve the issue. I am still not able to with draw my PF amount or transfer it

Hi,
This is to inform you that due to technical issue in PF portal we are unable to approve the online PF transfer request in UAN portal, hence we request you to kindly wait till the further notification from Accenture for re-submission of the online pf transfer request in UAN account. Secondly we are herewith rejecting your online transfer application.
Once the PF contributions related issue get rectified, we will share the mail communication to your email id and after that you can submit the online pf transfer request in UAN account for further action.
Please note that PF office will correct the PF details related error by end of the MAR month and after that we will share the mail communication for further action. Hence we request you to kindly co-operate with us till end of MAR month for further update.

Hi Team
Regarding the Ref:MSG[protected], nothing has been sorted out yet. I am still unable to transfer the amount to my existing PF number
