As a tourist me and my family (wife and 4-year-old kid) planned a trip to Shimla and Manali, so we booked trip through accurate holidays.
They were very nice till they get money. Once after money sent to them, they booked worst hotels and we asked to change the hotels. For that they didn't agree. They said, "IF YOU FACE ANY PROBLEM, YOU CAN REACH OUT TO US".
We travelled with their booked cab, where driver never listens to us.
Finally, we reached a hotel booked in Shimla, which is outside of the city.
But real story begins now, we travelled from Shimla to Manali. We reached to hotel which is once again outside of the city and hotel staffs behaving very rude. even hotel premises is not clean.
We called up accurate holiday and asked them to change the stay, for that they said, "IF YOU WANT YOU CAN STAY THERE OR ELSE IT IS YOUR WISH". disconnected the call.
At that night chilling cold, we became helpless and stayed back in that hotel only.
Ultimately, I can say ACCURATE HOLIDAY is fake trip organizer. Was this information helpful? |
