I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a travel package to Manali through Accurate Holidays Travel Agency. I must express my deep disappointment with the services provided by this agency, specifically the tour operator, Ms. Ritika Prajapati, and the manager, Mr. Rahul Panchal. My 3-night and 4-day tour turned into a nightmare due to their sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism.

People, I request you to never look for any service from Accurate. They are not accurate they are fraudster. They will sugarcoat everything to you and once you pay their commission which they will make you pay initially. Once you pay the commission then they will shows their real color. Our trip was from delhi to shimla and then to manali. I was given in writing that they will show us manikaran in route but the same was not done. We were given contact details of transporter and when i asked for manikaran visit, they refused by saying that it is not in their package and i have to pay extra amount to driver for the same. Even their phones were switched off during the tour.

This is the worst travel agent in my experience. They will not tour in efficient way. Our trip was Delhi to Manlai. We inquired with the agent and proceded for Delhi, Agra sightseeing in the same plan. They charged us 25000Rs/- for this. But the 1.5 day is not sufficeint for Delhi, Agra sightseeing. There is a bypass way between Delhi and Agra. They will not choose this route. It took us 8 hours to reach Agra from Delhi. We reached Agra at...
