Greetings!

This is Yogesh Lakhanpaul, one of the residents in your ACE PARKWAY, Sector 150.

I just wanted to take up the matter regarding my ongoing issues due to nagligence of your managing staff of the society.

It has been 1 week now that I had requested for the rectification of WC in the toilet which was installed below the standard height and due to which my mother, who is super senior citizen above 80 years of age. Is suffering a lot and very uncomfortable to be able use the toilet properly and requires 3rd person's support to do so.

Despite my regular follow ups and request nothing has happened so far, and I have been directed to one or the other person for the work and no one is seriously doing his responsibilities.

Therefore I would like to request to whomsoever is concerned person or department to help me to resolve the issue as early as possible.

One thing I would like to to state after my 1st experience with ACE group Society is that the management here is total failure, unorganised, irresponsible and unprofessional.

Kindly excuse me for my words but after this I would never recommend this Company to anyone for being a resident of ACE group residential society. I hope you wold be able to understand my agony.

No possession of Celebrity City Project, Jaipur. I have invested in the said project in through one of the sales person of the company situated in Delhi. everything was fine the payments and the receipt were on time but after 6 months i stop getting any alerts and no communication. Myself have to call them for payment. Every time they says we this issue we have that issues. I would request everyone who is suffering with this non professional and unethical company.

I hereby submit the complaint regarding service my vehicle glamour fi. Yesterday (03.10.2019) i give my vehicle for service. The ace motors kozhikode taken the vehicle l as sl 49 for service. Today 4.102.019 i approach the dealer for getting my vehicle after service. But they not service my vehicle advised me the manager santhosh regarding service is only next day. If you have any problem you compliant any where we can do what i decide. He shouted me and shamed with other people. I am afraid to give the vehicle for service due to change of parts of my vehicle. He say something like that commends. Previously i had reported the poor service behaving of the service manager. He not willing to accept my complaints..

They are highly active on naukri.com. They post fake jobs - work location in abroad without any work experience. They dont give proper and complete information about the job. The most important thing is that they charge rs 500 for registration on their website.

Naukri.com is the worst job portal in india, thousands of fake placement agencies are active in fetching money from peoples.

Kr puram based fake consultancy with several illiterate people first send email and mention wrong address and then ask for 300 or 600 rs based on your field or education and take a bogus pen and paper or computer based test and say you have 3 chances to appear for test taking names of big companies. Result will be mailed to you within 7 days and then on pdf the name will be given as failed....

It is a fake consultancy company located near katraj at pune satara road.They charge 500/- and after that they dont give enough call and whatever call they give all are fake calls and fake company.When you ask them to clear your doubt regarding fake company they dont listen to you and will start shouting on you by saying if you want to go them go otherwise dont go we dnt care n all that and sometime they dont receive your calls also.When...

This builder every month says the possession will happen next month. I bought 1 bhk flat in march, 2014 and till now in may, 2016 they saying next month.They fool clients by saying they are doing quality work. But the apartment is at par with others infact the neighbourhood apartments are far better than ace group. They took service tax money two years before and when somebody ask for penalty payment, they say during possession. Fake builder, false promises.. Totally annoyed.

I would like to lodge a complaint against ace group. They are running 4 5 companies just to save tax money. The companies are customer first concept pvt.
