Acharya Nagarjuna University — incorrect name printed on mark sheet and provisional certificate

I have completed b. Ed from acharya nagarjuna university in the year july 2012 with regd no. Y12ed04123.in the final mark sheet and provisional certificate provided by university name of the student and father name printed incorrectly. I have submitted for correction in june 2018, still they have not corrected. This is very inconvenience for some one to visit every time from chittoor to guntur they are not providing new certificate with correct names.

Name of the student: d. Sartaj
Father name: d qalandar saheb

Printed wrongly on marksheet and provisional certificate as
Name of the student: d sarjaj
Father name: ulanda saheb

This is mistake from university and they are not ready to accept it and provide new certificate, inspite of lot of visits for correction. Need your help to raise this concern with the university.
