My MI TV repaired on warranty by Acko insurance via his third party. but it was not working like earlier.
I was informed during delivery that mother board replaced, which will have to configure with remote for this technical person will visit.
But after 3 days they took the TV again and informed me that it has to be repair in its workshop.
Later with 4 days they again brought the TV in same condition that it was ready to use.
But I don't find any change, which delivery person agreed that we will send engineer..
Now it's again 6 day crossed with no further action..
Currently I daily follow up with Acko as well as his third party, Both not executing as per there words..
It's been 20 days crossed from first complain registered..
Plz help me out this issue as it wasting my money and time for follow up.
