Acpc — Haven't received refund of Seat acceptance Fees paid

My daughter Jeel Sunil Solanki, Application number[protected],
We have paid seat acceptance fee Rs.20000/- on 12th october 2020, transaction number for the same is SHMP[protected] (Attached Fee payment details as PDF), and we have withdrawn our seat as on 6th november in second round (Attached mobile message that we have received),
Since last 25 days i have tried to talk to the customer care executives and got a reply that i will get payment exactly within 40 days of withdrawal but if we count days, then its almost 72 days has been passed and i have not received the refund of my fees paid till date,
I kindly request you to check and refund me the fees that i have paid,

Kindly provide me the contact number of the concern person with whom i can talk in this regards. Kindly reply me as soon as possible
