[Resolved]  Act Fiber Net — worst customer care and service

Internet is not working and have raised a compliant in morning. No update from act team, i need to follow up and every time i call, i will listen a new story from them with respect to bill payment issue. Some one will say payment is being done wait for 24hrs and other one will say that i have done payment theu thrid party google pay, contact google pay. Act is not responsible for it and another one will say make the payment again and wait for 7 days either amount will get refund or act will adjust the amount for the next month payment. If act doesnot trust google pay then why did it give me an option for payment. I would have done thru website. The worst customer care and worst service. Should i wait for 7 days to get either refund amount to me or amount get credited to act so that my internet is back?
